Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

This is the Big question! Unfortunately food prices are ever fluctuating based on the market. Estimates are based on factors such as the menu, guest count and services requested to name a few. Other factors can affect the overall cost. A consultation is highly recommended to fully understand your event needs. 

How much does a consultation cost?

ATOH provides a free 15 min consultation that has to be booked through an appointment.  Information must be received prior to the consultation (via “request consultation”). Durig this consultation, you are guaranted our full attention to help make your appetite’s fantasies a reality!  We ask that you inform us if you are unable to keep your consultation appointment, please inform us at least 24 hrs in advance and we can reschedule. If you do not reschedule, there is a $20 consultation fee associated to make another appointment that must be paid prior to booking. 

Do you allow outside food?

ATOH food does not allow food that was not prepared by our company to be set up on the same service station. Food prepared in DHEC certified kitchens are allowed to be set up in the same area, however ATOH staff is not responsible for maintaining the integrity of the food during service. 

Does your staff clean tables after an event?

ATOH staff is responsible for picking up items provided by ATOH Food. We are not responsible for items not provided by ATOH Food such as dinnerware, linen, glasses, etc. unless prior arrangements have been made. 

What is the difference between Plated and Buffet Service?

Plated Service entails food that has been plated and delived to your guests at their seats. Buffet service is guests that come to retrieve their food from a buffet line where food is already set up to be served or self served. Plated service is more expensive that Buffet service because of the amount of servers that are needed. Please be mindful that an event may be buffet style, however if a request is made for certain guests to be served, a “Plated charge” will be included. 

Are servers necessary?

Servers are not necessary, but recommended. ATOH offers Full service as well as drop off, pick up and delivery services. Servers ensures the integrity of the food (temperature and presentation) and proper portions so that everyone can enjoy the entrees. 

What is the Deposit?

Deposits are 25% of the entire invoice. This is due when you are ready to secure the date. This is a non-refundable deposit. A refund will be considered in the event of death of the person(s) of honor, parents or siblings of the honoree. This must be proven by documentation.
